What areas do you serve?
We work two markets. In Illinois we cover the Chicago area, including Cook County and the surrounding Chicagoland suburbs, out of our office in Orland Park. We also serve Las Vegas, Nevada. If you are not sure whether your property falls inside either market, call us and we will tell you straight.
Do you subcontract the work out?
No. All work is performed in house by our own trained and equipped crews. That is deliberate. When labor gets subcontracted, quality control leaves the company that sold you the job. The crew on your site is on our payroll, so the people who scoped your project are the people who carry it out.
What kinds of properties do you work on?
Eight sectors, over more than 30 years. Commercial and retail including storefronts, office buildings and retail chains. Residential including single family homes, multi unit buildings and condos. Industrial including warehouses, manufacturing and rail service sites. Medical and healthcare including clinics and medical offices. Hospitality and restaurants including hotels, restaurants and event venues. Financial institutions including banks and credit unions. Schools and education from K through 12 to universities and training centers. Supermarkets and grocery including food distribution.
Do you handle the dumpster and the debris?
Yes. We provide the dumpster and haul the debris away, and site cleanup runs throughout the project rather than waiting until the end. Debris and trash removal is part of the scope, not an extra you find out about later.
Can existing fixtures and materials be saved?
Where they come out in reusable condition, yes, and we plan for it. Ceiling panel board is stored when the panels are in good condition. A/C air supply diffusers and light fixtures are removed carefully and retained for reinstallation. Saving what is already there is usually cheaper for you than buying it twice.
How do you handle pricing and the budget?
We provide professional consultation for restoration planning and project scoping, then price the work with the full budget in front of you. Our commitment is on time and on budget with full budget transparency and no hidden costs, at competitive pricing. If something changes on site, you hear about it when it happens, not on the final invoice.
